Dinnie’s Kitchen is my creative space where I share food, culture, and a whole lot of flavour.
I’m originally from Papua New Guinea, and much of my inspiration comes from the rich flavours and traditions of my homeland. Cooking began as a joyous activity—one where I experimented in my home kitchen, blending traditional island-style meals with global influences. Over time, that passion turned into something bigger: a way to express creativity, connect with others, and celebrate the beauty of homemade food.
I live in Australia, and when I’m not in the kitchen filming recipes or developing new dishes, you’ll probably find me exploring local markets, hanging out on the beach, or watching a food documentary for inspiration.
Dinnie’s Kitchen is growing into something more than just recipes — it’s a journey. My dream is to one day become a private chef, creating personalized dining experiences that bring people together through food.
